What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship, including boilers, pumps, the display, sensors and burrs. We repair or replace the product, and we pay shipping both ways.
What is not covered
Wear parts such as gaskets and shower screens, damage from limescale or from using the machine without a water filter, and damage from accidents.
After two years
We keep servicing every machine. Parts are sold at cost and labour is capped at a fixed price that is listed on our service page.
How to claim
Write to support@calibre.example with your order number and a short description or video. Most issues are solved remotely within one working day.
