Packs
Roasted on Monday and Thursday, shipped the next day. Germany: 1 to 2 working days. EU: 2 to 5 working days. Free shipping above €60, otherwise €5.90.
Machines and grinders
Free insured delivery within the EU, 3 to 6 working days. The carrier calls to arrange a delivery slot and carries the machine into your kitchen.
Unboxing
Every machine is descaled, tested and ships with its pressure log. If the box has been in the cold, let the machine stand for two hours before you plug it in.
Duties and taxes
For EU orders, VAT is included in the price. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, which are paid by the recipient on delivery.
